Bakery Place transformed a former bakery into 11 unique residential units, providing a total of 18,000 square feet of luxury apartments and townhomes. The project included the renovation of the original stables and coach houses.

The project was awarded the best housing renovation project at the Architects Journal Retrofit Awards.
